as i am completely deaf in the ear that i heard it i enjoy a ear drum but no bones to sort out the sounds

the mind is a wonderful thing so yes you could have be hearing what your brain wanted you to hear
however tinnitus is supposed to be the ear straining to hear a nouns which causes vibrations that are given the name of tinnitus by the medical profession

hello, im not sure what tinnitus actually is, I have it surrounded by my ears and its an annoying constant ringing or buzzing.
ive never had a voice in my ears up to that time. it could be memories of past noises though, Im not completely sure myself, adjectives I know is that its very annoying especially if you concentrate on it, or if its quiet at dark time.

I have deafness and tinnitus, too. The noises are buzzing or humming or similar, for sure not voices. This is a different condition, if you re sure you didn't imagine it, later you could have some psychological problem, tell your doctor
