How long till i start notion better?

I have a sinus infection and an ear infection (plus severe tinnitus). I've been taking my meds faithfully--when can I finally start emotion better? I've been sick since last wednesday and taking antibiotics since Friday. I can't be sick--I hold to work and care for my kiddies!

This latest bout take about 3 weeks to get over. I used tylenol and sudafed, and am fine in a minute. It seems everyone has this, it is going around.
