Why would my doctor crumple my likelihood for a settlement on my misfortune?
I was rearended by a teen talking on her cell phone. Suffer whiplash etc. Prior to the quirk I did not have high blood pressure or tinnitus. A specialist at the Clinic run tests. Test prooves hearing loss hiatus of high frequencies where race with this "dip" suffer tennitis. Finally a test prooves I be really hurt. But both technician and doctor immediately said they can not confirm it was cause by the accident? Doctor was a tangible jerk. talking going on for how many people suffer from tinnitus and at hand is no cure. Told me to put my radio on FM at night between channels. I am already going out of my skin from the persistent buzzing in my ear. I will go nuts if I listen to rotten station noises. The doctor was so early to dispute liability for the accident. I did not have buzzing contained by my ears before the accident. I would hold gone to the docs. Then he said maybe I would have woken up within five years with tinnitus any way. I am surrounded by my late 50's. I was never exposed to loud noise prior to the accident to cause audible range loss. Why would the doctor screw up my chances for a settlement? Her insurance company have been paying the Clinic's bills for PT and doctor visits including ER call on.

may not want to go through the hassle of having to testify or compress out multiple forms since the amount of time it takes is never adequately compensated (hopefully not since the patient's interests come first) Also he/she may know that nearby is no way to "prove" the injury caused the problem.
