How do I stop my ears from ringing?

I was in a club end night and my ears haven't stopped ringing yet. I'm pretty brand new to partying and I never expose myself to other loud noises.
I'm sure I don't have tinnitus or anything serious.
Does anyone know of any simple home remedies?
Or have anybody had a similar experience. If so, how long did it last?

next time dont stand so close to the speakers. ive have it happen to me also. the ringing stoped the next light of day. dont think there could be any remedies for that though. shot alot of guns withjout earplugs and my ears never hurt for too long but i remember those club night when my ears rang and it was not easy to hear... dont stand next to the speakers
My ears ring when I'm under stress sometimes but that's different. I have a .357 and I shot it once short hearing protection and my ears rang from that for roughly a week. It's not good. You may have some defacement. I took a lesson from my experience. I think that's all you can do. That's specifically different from the stress type of ringing. BTW, I can still hear really well.
It will probably stop surrounded by a few days. However, repeated exposure to noise in which you experience ringing contained by your ears afterwards can lead to hearing loss. The ringing within your ears is your body telling you the noise you be in was tooooo loud. Wear ear protection to the clubs, mowing the sward, target shooting etc. It is not worth it.
