Does anyone know if exercise or a chiropractor can cure tinnitus?

Hi , I have had tinnitus for 5 long years presently . I have always feel it was due to stress and tension. On Monday while using my assured shaper exerciser my ears suddenly stopped ringing. Sadly the ringing returned a few hours later, but the silence for those few short hours was wonderful . Since the ringing stopped completely for that time , i am secure its not permanent. Has anyone either doctor or lenient had any success near a chirpractor?

Unfortunately there normally are no cures for true tinnitus. It is possible that you enjoy moved moved particles in your falcate canals. This is done in the Eppley Manoeuvre for vertigo. If you want to discuss this possibility and if it could be tried to supply you longer term relief you would obligation to talk to an ENT surgeon familiar next to the technique. Source(s): GP for more years than I care to remember
I'm sorry but I do not know what a chirpractor is but i'm a great believer in exercise and think it could very well have helped. I suffer from vertigo myself, and presume it helps.
I've had it since I was a lad, so much to the point I considered necessary to blow my brains out as a teen. My saving grace was finding a significant HEPA filter that makes a ton of white noise, and I'm competent to get a good night's sleep.

I despise soundless rooms...the silence turns into ringing and roaring in no time. Some days it is better, some worse.

Tinnitus is permanent wound to your hearing; mine from childhood sickness. I know some vets that get theirs in the service, and some older musicians that are starting to exhibit it. I've be told and read that hearing damage is not repairable.

I've be to doctors, chiropractors, tried herbal remedies and for me, nothing has worked. The solitary thing they did was embezzle my money.

I'm wondering for you if it might be allergy related? I'm thinking the exercise got your sinuses cleared. Does it always turn away when you exercise? Possibly an over the counter medicine might help. I hope so...I don't craving this on anybody.
there isn't a cure for tinitus but it can be relieved, you would have to see your doctor, I thought a chiropractor deal with the joints and bones.Maybe you should maintain up the exercise to see what happens at least you will be keeping fit if it doesn't cure your tinitus and if you are a bit overweight you will be pleasd near the results
I doubt that a chiropractor can help you, but if exercise help, go for it. My son has it and I agree beside the answer about white noise. My son other has music or the TV on when h e sleeps. There is also an herbal remedy called Clear Tinnitus that he take that helps when it really gets unpromising for him.
Dont dispair tinnitus can get better adjectives on its own.
