Will the FAA hire an nouns traffic controller beside tinnitus?
I'm trying to get an ATC job but I hold tinnitus. Will the FAA hire me?

Tinnitus isn't a big problem, it isn't even worth mentioning that you have it, mostly. Unless it's a very serious armour in which your normal audible range is largely compromised by it, then you might have to speak about them.
If you feel that your problem won't affect how you work, then you should hold it to yourself and they shouldn't have a problem with it. But do write down that hundreds of lives are in your hands if you are hired, so variety the right choice.
If you absolutely have to relate them, do tell them about the extent of it so they can settle on. I'm sure for a particularly mild case they shouldn't not hire you base on that alone.
