Did this impose Tinnitus?

I have had the so call "ringing sound" in my ears before. Unlike in the past though, it had only last about a day but for more. This sound hasn't went away since precipitate yesterday morning. It is the longest I've had this sound and is driving me crazy. I researched more or less it a few hours ago after realizing it was still within. (i was hoping a good night sleep would help it settle) Due to the sound, everything else sounds much fainter. As adjectives of you might of had this before, you know what I'm chitchat about. Now what I have researched said that the cause are most likely from loud noises, stress, too much tablets (aspirin/etc.) and so on. I have a few guesses on what has cause mine. Well to begin with, I'm 17. Friday dark, I met up with my friends and my gf. Long story short, me and her were caught contained by car, we're both in profusely of trouble with parents. I have a hunch that the stress from that has caused mine. Plus, I am worried just about her and won't know anything until tomorrow at school. That night and the following morning, I took rather too much of aspirin so that is another likely exact. I just want to know what all of you conjecture since I have read plenty of information off of websites but would a bit hear something directly from someone who has experienced this. I'm hoping it goes away on its own as it have before many times.
