My husband have tinnitus or ringing surrounded by his ears and it is intolerable. Can anyone back?

he went hunting the other day near a shotgun and mistakenly both barrels shot, which was very loud. He basically went to the ER and I did not go as I own three kids here. Has anybody dealt with this type of roaring, swishing tumult that is making him unable to do anything?

There are some meds such as antivert which may help. Have him see an ENT specialist.
He might have pressure built up in his ears or he ruptured his eardrums. I've done it several times. While it isn't perfect for your hearing it's not a major operation and should go away in nearly a week. He should definitely use ear plugs when he's shooting.
Heart: They probably already told you that tinnitus is incurable. The best you can do for it is to try to blanket the ringing at night with some "white noise" framework....otherwise you'll go insane from the constant ringing. Another try is using the drug "Soma." I use it when I am at my wit's end and it seem to help out. After years of having this, it seem you just get used to it on a day-by-day proof.
