For what it's worth, when I have tinnitus in the past, I did some reflexology which I well-educated while in alternative health and it stopped the ringing for me. What you do is put your forefinger within front of the little flap of the ear that is ringing. Open your mouth wide so that somewhat dip or indent appears at that spot. Massage that "dip" area for around 30 seconds to a minute or until the ringing stops. Works every time for me. I once in a blue moon have it anymore. It could be a deeper underlying condition so going to a doctor may help. This is what help me greatly. Good luck!
