I've have tinnitus (ringing of the ears) for several months immediately. Any treatments or home remedies?
Back in February, I got an ear infection due to getting altitude sickness on a ski trip. Ever since I've have a constant ringing in my ears. I went to my doctor and he said to make a contribution it time but it still hasn't gone away. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it?

If you hold a Niacin deficiency you can develop ringing also. But, concentrating on the ringing sometimes makes it travel away too, you basically will it away, in my experience it worked for me.
Your ears ring because of pressure trailing the ear drums is different than that outside the ear so swallowing at the moment you notice the pressure change open up the area to change and resolves the pressure difference.

Have you checked if the ear infection have cleared up yet? its possible that there may be some inner ear problems that is to say causing it, you should speak to your doctor again.

My loud and chronic tinnitus have reduced to almost nothing since I began drumming the offending ear and saying "go away" when it happen. I don't even bother doing that now. It just go very quickly.
