My ears playing strapping metal music for 10 years. Tinnitus?

I still didn't get a call from doctor for CT Scan Result of my ear(bone?).

Heavy metal music contained by my ear drives me crazy at night.

(EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE) sounds all the time within my ear
What do you do when you can't sleep because of ringing in the ear?
Any suggestion?
